Let My Country Awake

Where the mind is without fear and the head is held high
Where knowledge is free
Where the world is not broken up into fragments by the narrow domestic walls
Where words come out from the depth of truth
Where tireless striving stretches its arm towards perfection
Where the clear stream of reason has not lost its way into the dreary desert sand of dead habit,

నా దేశాన్ని మేల్కొలుపు
ఎక్కడ మేదస్సు భయరహితంగా తలఎతహుకొంటుందో
ఎక్కడ జ్ఞానం స్వేఛ్చ వువుల్ని పిలిస్తుందో 
ఎక్కడ ప్రుద్వి తలం ముక్క చెక్కలుగా మరదో
ఎక్కడ ఎదార్ధం తలఎత్హుకుంటుందో 
ఎక్కడ చతురత నిలుస్తుందో 
ఎక్కడ హృదయం విశాల ప్రపంచం వయపు  పయనిస్తుందో 
అక్కడికి ఆ స్వేఛ్చ ప్రపంచానికి నా తండ్రి నా దేశాన్ని మేల్కొలుపు
