Wow. I’m more shocked over how God-awful this website looks and less surprised by the content. I’ve long understood water-powered cars from a ‘what-if’ perspective and less from a technical point of view — but can’t seriously judge whether this gizmo (which boosted some guy’s Toyota Corolloa to 61.13 mpg) actually works. If you can get past a page layout that screams ‘SCAM’ and ‘WHIZ BANG BOOM!’ all in one sentence, and have $200 to blow, hey — go for it. Here’s a bit of the technology pulled from the site,
