పార్న్_స్వాలొ అనే చిన్న పక్షి

అర్జెంటినా నుండి #పార్న్_స్వాలొ  అనే చిన్న పక్షి తన జాతిని పెంచుకోడానికి  ఒక్కో సంవత్సరము  ఫిబ్రవరి  నెల లో మొదలై  8300 km ప్రయాణం చేసి మార్చ్  నెల చివరలో  కాలిఫోర్నియా  చేరుకుంటుంది ......

 కాలిఫోర్నియా లో ఒక సురక్షితమైన ప్రదేశంలో నివాసం ఏర్పరుచుకుంటాయి.  తన వంశాన్ని  వృద్ధి  చేసుకుని అక్టోబర్ లో తన పక్షి పిల్లలతో తిరుగు ప్రయాణం చేస్తాయి .....

ఇందులో వింత ఏముంది అంటారేమో ....

కానీ అవి దాదాపుగా 16600 km ప్రయాణం చేస్తాయి .... అవి ప్రయాణం చేస్తున్న మార్గంలో ఎక్కడ కూడా ఒక్క అడుగు భూమి కనిపించదు.
ప్రయాణం అంత సముద్రమార్గమే .....

అందుకే అవి అర్జెంటీనాలో  బయల్దేరే  ముందు , ఒక చిన్న పుల్లను వాటి సహాయార్థం  తీసుకుంటాయి .....  అవి అలసిపోయినప్పుడు , ఆకలివేసినప్పుడు , ఆ పుల్లను నీటిపైన వేసుకుని సేద తీరుతుంది ..... అలాగే దొరికిన ఆహారంతో  ఆకలి తీర్చుకుని  మళ్ళి ప్రయాణం మొదలెడుతుంది .

ఇలా ఒక చిన్న పుల్ల  ఆధారంతో ......
 చిన్న పక్షి అంత అంత దూరం ప్రయాణం చేయగలుగుతుంది  అంటే అవి వాటిపైన పెట్టుకున్న నమ్మకం , పట్టుదల .

పక్షులువాటికే వాటిపైన అంత నమ్మకం ఉన్నప్పుడు ...... దేవుడు మనకు అన్ని అవయవాలు  ఇచ్చాడు మన మీద మనకు ఇంకెంత నమ్మకం ఉండాలి , ఇంకెంత పట్టుదల ఉండాలి

ప్రయత్నిద్దాం ఓడిపోతే మళ్ళీ మళ్ళీ ప్రయత్నిద్దాం సాధించలేనిది  ఏది లేదు కదా..

ఇది మహాలక్ష్మీ స్తోత్రం. మహాప్రభవ సంపన్న మైన స్తోత్రం. దేవత లంతా కలసి ఆ జగజ్జ ననిని స్తోత్రించిన మహా వాక్యాలివి. శ్రీ



మహాలక్ష్మి సంపద లకి శ్రే ష్ఠ త్వానికి, కాం తి కీ ,

 ఇది ముఖ్యంగా పురుషులకు ఉత్తమమైంది స్త్రీలకు ఎట్లాగో అన్ని స్తోత్రాలు ఉన్నాయి



ఇది వివాహం కాకపోయినా ఉద్యోగం రాకపోయినా ఈ అందరూ చదువుకునేది రోజు 41 రోజులు కలవాలి నైవేద్యం పెట్టాలి పాయసం దీని విశేషమైంది దీనికి నియమాలేవీ లేవు

వ్రత విధానం :-

వరలక్ష్మీ వ్రతాన్ని ఆచరించే రోజున ఉదయాన్నే లేచి తలస్నానం చేసి ఇంటిని శుభ్రం చేసుకోవాలి. ఇంట్లోని పూజా మందిరంలో ఒక మండపాన్ని ఏర్పాటు చేసుకోవాలి. ఈ మండపంపై బియ్యపు పిండితో ముగ్గువేసి కలశం ఏర్పాటుచేసుకోవాలి. అమ్మవారి ఫొటో అమర్చుకోవాలి. పూజాసామగ్రిని అంతా సిద్ధం చేసుకోవాలి. తోరణాలు ముందుగానే సిద్ధం చేసుకునిఉంచాలి. అక్షతలు, పసుపు గణపతిని సిద్ధంగా ఉంచుకోవాలి.

కావలసినవి :-

పసుపు, కుంకుమ, వాయనం ఇవ్వడానికి అవసరమైన వస్తువులు, ఎర్రటి రవికె వస్త్రం, గంధము, పూలు, పండ్లు, ఆకులు, వక్కలు,కంకణం కట్టుకోవడానికి దారం, టెంకాయలు, దీపపు కుందులు, ఐదు వత్తులతో హారతి ఇవ్వడానికి అవసరమైన పంచహారతి దీపారాధనకునెయ్యి, కర్పూరం, అగరువత్తులు, బియ్యం,శనగలు మొదలైనవి.

కంకణం ఎలా తయారుచేసుకోవాలి :-

తెల్లటి దారాన్ని ఐదు లేక తొమ్మిది పోగులు తీసుకుని దానికి పసుపురాసుకోవాలి. ఆ దారానికి ఐదు లేక తొమ్మిది పూలు కట్టి ముడులు వేయాలి. అంటే ఐదు లేక తొమ్మిది పోగుల దారాన్ని ఉపయోగించి ఐదు లేక తొమ్మిదో పువ్వులతో ఐదులేక తొమ్మిది ముడులతో తోరాలను తయారు చేసుకుని పీఠం వద్ద ఉంచి పుష్పాలు, పసుపు, కుంకుమ, అక్షతలు వేసి,కంకణాన్ని పూజించి ఉంచుకోవాలి.ఆ విధంగా కంకణాన్ని తయారు చేసుకున్న తరువాత పూజకు సిద్ధంకావాలి.

గణపతి పూజ:-

అదౌ నిర్విఘ్నేన వ్రత పరిసమాప్త్యర్థం గణపతి పూజాం కరష్యే

వక్రతుండ మహాకాయ కోటి సూర్య సమప్రభ

నిర్విఘ్నం కురుమేదేవో సర్వ కార్యేషు సర్వదా॥

ఆగచ్చ వరసిద్ధ వినాయక, అంబికా ప్రియనందన

పూజాగృహాణ సుముఖ, నమస్తే గణనాయక॥

గణపతిపై అక్షతలు చల్లాలి.

యధాశక్తి షోడశోపచార పూజ చేయాలి.

స్వామివారి ముందు పళ్ళుగానీ బెల్లాన్ని గానీ నైవేద్యంగా పెట్టాలి.

భర్గోదేవస్య ధీమహి ధియోయోనః ప్రచోదయాత్!!

నీటిని నివేదన చుట్టూ జల్లుతూ ... సత్యం త్వర్తేన పరిషించామి, అమృతమస్తు, అమృతో పస్తరణమసి... ఓం ప్రాణాయ స్వాహా, ఓం ఆపానాయ స్వాహా, ఓంవ్యానాయస్వాహా, ఓం ఉదానాయ స్వాహా, ఓం సమానాయ స్వాహా, ఓం బ్రహ్మేణ్యే స్వాహాగుడ సహితఫల నివేదనం సమర్పయామి, మధ్యే మధ్యే పానీయం సమర్పయామి (నీటిని వదలాలి).

ఓం శ్రీ మహాగణాధిపతయే నమః తాంబూలం సమర్పయామి, తాంబూలానంతరం అచమనంసమర్పయామి. (కర్పూరం వెలిగించి నీరాజనం ఇవ్వాలి) ఓం శ్రీ మహాగణాధిపతయే నమః కర్పూర నీరాజనం సమర్పయామి నీరాజనానంతరం ఆచమనీయం సమర్పయామి! అనేన మాయా చరిత గణపతి అర్చనేన భగవతః సర్వాత్మకః శ్రీ గణపతిర్దేవతా సుప్రీత సుప్రసన్న వరదాభవతు! మమ యిష్టకామ్యార్థ సిద్ధిరస్తు!!

వినాయకునికి నమస్కరించి పూజ చేసిన అక్షతలు తలమీద వేసుకోవాలి.ఈ విధంగా మహాగణపతి పూజను ముగించిన అనంతరం వరలక్ష్మీ వ్రతాన్ని ప్రారంభించాలి.

కలశపూజ :-

కలశస్య ముఖే విష్ణు కంఠే రుద్రసమాశ్రితాః

మూలేతత్ర స్థితో బ్రహ్మ మధ్యే మాతృగణ: స్థితాః

కుక్షౌతుస్సాగరస్సర్వే సప్తద్వీపా వసుంధరా

ఋగ్వేదోధ యజుర్వేదో స్సామవేదో అధర్వణః

అంగైశ్చ స్సహితా స్సర్వే కలశాంబు సమాశ్రితాః

ఆయాంతు గణపతి పూజార్థం దురితక్షయకారకాః గంగేచ యమునేచైవ గోదావరి సరస్వతి నర్మదే సింధూ కావేరి జలేస్మిన్ సన్నిధిం కురు॥
అంటూ శ్లోకాన్ని చదివి కలశంలోని నీటిని పుష్పంతో ముంచి భగవంతుడిపైన పూజాద్రవ్యాలపైన పూజ చేస్తున్నవారు తలపైన చల్లుకోవాలి.

కంకణాన్ని అమ్మవారి వద్ద పెట్టి అక్షతలతో ఈ క్రింది విధంగా పూజ చేయాలి.

రమాయైనమః - ద్వితీయ గ్రంథింపూజయామి,

లోకమాత్రేనమః - తృతీయ గ్రంథింపూజయామి,

విశ్వజనన్యైనమః - చతుర్థగ్రంథింపూజయామి,

మహాలక్ష్మ్యై నమః - పంచమగ్రంథిం పూజయామి,

క్షీరాబ్ది తనయాయై నమః - షష్ఠమ గ్రంథిం పూజయామి,

విశ్వసాక్షిణ్యై నమః - సప్తమగ్రంథిం పూజయామి,

చంద్రసోదర్యైనమః - అష్టమగ్రంథిం పూజయామి,

శ్రీ వరలక్ష్మీయై నమః - నవమగ్రంథిం పూజయామి.

ఈ కింది శ్లోకాలు చదువుతూ తోరం కట్టుకోవాలి

బద్నామి దక్షిణేహస్తే నవసూత్రం శుభప్రదం

పుత్రపౌత్రాభివృద్ధించ మమ సౌభాగ్యం దేహిమే రమే

కథా ప్రారంభం :-

శౌనకాది మహర్షులను ఉద్దేశించి సూత మహాముని ఇలా చెప్పారు. మునులారా! స్త్రీలకు సౌభాగ్యదాయకమైన వ్రతమును ఒక దానిని పరమ శివుడు పార్వతికిచెప్పారు. లోకోపకారం కోరి ఆ వ్రతాన్ని గురించి మీకు తెలియజేస్తాను.శ్రద్ధగా వినండి.

పరమేశ్వరుడు ఒకనాడు తన భస్మసింహాసనముపై కూర్చుని ఉండగా నారదమహర్షి ఇంద్రాది దిక్పాలకులు స్తుతి స్తోత్రములతో పరమశివుడ్ని కీర్తిస్తు న్నారు.

ఆమహత్తర ఆనంద సమయంలో పార్వతీదేవి పరమేశ్వరుడ్ని ఉద్దేశించి నాథా! స్త్రీలు సర్వ సౌఖ్యములు పొంది పుత్ర పౌత్రాభివృద్ధిగా తరించుటకు తగిన వ్రతం ఒకదానిని చెప్పండి అని అడిగింది. అందుకా త్రినేత్రుడు దేవీ! నీవు కోరిన విధంగా స్త్రీలకు సకల శుభాలు కలిగించే వ్రతం ఒకటి ఉన్నది.అది వరలక్ష్మీవ్రతం.దానిని శ్రావణమాసంలో రెండవ శుక్రవారం నాడు ఆచరించాలని చెప్పాడు.

అప్పుడు పార్వతీదేవి...దేవా! ఈ వరలక్ష్మీ వ్రతాన్ని ఆదిదేవతలు ఎవరుచేశారు?ఈ వ్రతాన్ని ఎలా చేయాలో వివరంగా చెప్పండని కోరింది.కాత్యాయనీ...పూర్వకాలంలో మగధ దేశంలో కుండినము అనే పట్టణం ఒకటి ఉండేది. ఆపట్టణం బంగారు కుడ్యములతో రమణీయంగా ఉండేది. ఆ పట్టణంలో చారుమతి అనే ఒకబ్రాహ్మణ స్త్రీ ఉండేది. ఆమె సుగుణవతి. వినయ విధేయతలు, భక్తిగౌరవాలు గలయోగ్యురాలు. ప్రతిరోజూ ప్రాతఃకాలాన నిద్రలేచి భర్త పాదాలకు నమస్కరించు కునిప్రాతఃకాల గృహకృత్యాలు పూర్తిచేసుకుని అత్తమామలను సేవించు కుని మితంగాసంభాషిస్తూ జీవిస్తూ ఉండేది.

వరలక్ష్మీ వ్రతానికి ఆదిదేవతయైన వరలక్ష్మీదేవి ఒకనాటి రాత్రి సమయంలో చారుమతికి కలలో సాక్షాత్కరించింది. ఓ చారుమతీ...ఈ శ్రావణపౌర్ణమి నాటికి ముందువచ్చే శుక్రవారం నాడు నన్ను పూజించు. నీవు కోరిన వరాలు, కానుకలనుఇస్తానని చెప్పి అంతర్థానమైంది. చారుమతి సంతోషించి. "హే జననీ! నీకృపా కటాక్షములు కలిగినవారు ధన్యులు. వారు సంపన్నులుగా, విద్వాంసులుగా మన్ననలు పొందుతారు. ఓ పావనీ! నా పూర్వజన్మ సుకృతం వల్ల నీ దర్శనం నాకు కలిగింది అని పరిపరివిధాల వరలక్ష్మీదేవిని స్తుతించింది.

అంతలోనే చారుమతి మేల్కొని అదంతా కలగా గుర్తించి తన కలను భర్తకు అత్తమామలకు తెలిజేసింది. వారు చాలా సంతోషించి చారుమతిని వరలక్ష్మీవ్రతాన్ని చేసుకోమని చెప్పారు. ఊరిలోని ముత్తైదువలు చారుమతి కలను గురించివిని వారు కూడా పౌర్ణమి ముందు రాబోయే శ్రావణ శుక్రవారం కోసం ఎదురుచూచూడసాగారు.శ్రావణ శుక్రవారం రోజున పట్టణంలోని స్త్రీలందరూ ఉదయాన్నే లేచి తలస్నానం చేసి పట్టువస్త్రాలు ధరించి చారుమతి గృహానికి చేరుకున్నారు.

చారుమతి తన గృహంలో మండపం ఏర్పాటు చేసి ఆ మండపంపై బియ్యంపోసి పంచ పల్లవాలైన రావి, జువ్వి, మర్రి, మామిడి, ఉత్తరేణి మొదలైన ఆకులతో కలశం ఏర్పాటు చేసి వరలక్ష్మీదేవిని సంకల్ప విధులతో

సర్వమాంగళ మాంగళ్యే శివే సర్వార్థసాధికే

శరణ్యే త్రయంబకే దేవీ నారాయణి నమోస్తుతే !! అంటూ ఆహ్వానించి ప్రతిష్టించింది.

అమ్మవారిని షోడశోపచారాలతో పూజించారు. భక్ష్య, భోజ్యాలను నివేదించారు. తొమ్మిది పోగుల కంకణాన్ని చేతికి కట్టుకున్నారు.ప్రదక్షిణ నమస్కారాలు చేశారు.

మొదటి ప్రదక్షిణ చేయగానే కాలి గజ్జేలు ఘల్లు ఘల్లున మ్రోగాయి. రెండవ ప్రదక్షిణ చేయగానే చేతులకు నవరత్న ఖచిత కంకణాలు ధగధగా మెరవసాగాయి.మూడవ ప్రదక్షిణ చేయగా అందరూ సర్వా భరణ భూషితులయ్యారు. వారు చేసిన వరలక్ష్మీ వ్రతం ఫలితంగా చారుమతి గృహంతో పాటు ఆపట్టణంలో ఇతర స్త్రీల ఇళ్లు కూడా ధన, కనక, వస్తు వాహనాలతో నిండిపోయాయి.ఆయా స్త్రీల ఇళ్ల నుండి గజతరగరథ వాహనములతో వచ్చి వారిని ఇళ్లకుతీసుకెళ్లారు.

వారంతా మార్గమధ్యంలో చారుమతిని ఎంతగానో పొగుడుతూ ఆమెకు వరలక్ష్మీ దేవి కలలో సాక్షాత్కరించి అనుగ్రహించగా ఆమె వరలక్ష్మీ వ్రతంతో మనల్ని కూడా భాగ్యవంతులను చేసిందని ప్రశంసించారు.

వారంతా ప్రతీ సంవత్సరం వరలక్ష్మీ వ్రతం చేసి సకల సౌభాగ్యాలతో సిరిసంపదలు కలిగి సుఖ జీవనంతో గడిపి ముక్తిని పొందారు.

మునులారా శివుడు పార్వతికి ఉపదేశించిన ఈ వరలక్ష్మీవ్రత విధానాన్ని సవివరంగా మీకు వివరించాను. ఈ కథ విన్నాను ఈ వ్రతం చేసినను ఈ వ్రతం చేసినప్పుడు చూసినా కూడా సకల సౌభాగ్యాలు, సిరిసంపదలు, ఆయురారోగ్వైశ్వర్యాలు కలిగుతాయని సూత మహాముని శౌనకాది మహర్షులకు చెప్పారు.ఈ కథ విని అక్షతలు శిరసుపై వేసుకోవాలి. ఆ తరువాత ముత్తైదువులకు తాంబూలాలు పసుపు బొట్టు ఇవ్వాలి. అందరికీ తీర్థప్రసాదాలు ఇచ్చి పూజ చేసిన వారు కూడా తీర్థ ప్రసాదాలు తీసుకోవాలి.అమ్మవారికి పెట్టిన నైవేద్యాన్ని తినేయాలి,రాత్రి ఉపవాసం ఉండాలి.

భక్తితో వేడుకొంటే వరాలందించే తల్లి వరలక్ష్మీ దేవి. ఈ వ్రతాన్నిఆచరించడానికి ఏ నిష్ఠలు, నియమాలు, మడులు అవసరం లేదు. నిశ్చలమైన భక్తి, ఏకాగ్రచిత్తం ఉంటే చాలు. వరలక్ష్మీవ్రతం ఎంతో మంగళకరమైంది. ఈ వ్రతాన్నిచేయడంవల్ల లక్ష్మీదేవి కృప కలిగి సకల శుభాలుకలుగుతాయి.సంపదలంటే కేవలం ధనం మాత్రమేకాదు. ధాన్య సంపద, పశు సంపద, గుణ సంపద, జ్ఞాన సంపద మొదలైనవి ఎన్నో ఉన్నాయి. 'వర' అంటే శ్రేష్ఠమైన అర్థం కూడా ఉంది.

Visiting Gokulam to see Lord Shiva's little Krishna:

When Lord Shiva was meditating, in the house of Nanda Maharaja, he found that the lord of all lords had now appeared in Vraja. So on the twelfth day of Lord Krishna's birth, Lord Shiva decided to go to Gokul to see Lord Krishna.

Demonstrating this horrible look, he entered Gokul and went to his mother Yashoda's house and knocked on the door.

"Bhiksham de hi". Yashoda, who is always generous to visit the beds, said, "Wait outside. I will bring you a gift. "

Lord Shiva said, “No, no, I do not want gifts. I'm here to see your son. "

After hearing the visitors' request, mother Yashoda said, “No, you cannot see him. Whatever you want, you can have. I see that you are hungry and need clothing.

Lord Shiva replied, "No, no, I have everything. Please allow me only one second to see your son." Mother Yashoda, hearing Shiva's plea, said, "Take what I give you and go before your snakes and the scorpions will come here.  Please understand that my child is too small and afraid of your clothes, so please go." Lord Shiva said, "I will not go until I see your son." .

Then the mother Yashoda said, "You can sit here as long as you want, but you cannot see my son."

Lord Shiva said, “I can sit here for tens of thousands of years. One day, when your son grows up, when you are not in control, I will see him. "

Then mother Yashoda said, “O Babaji, if you sit here for ten thousand years, I will close this gate for twenty thousand years. Do not challenge me. My lovely son is my life. "

Meanwhile, Krishna lying on the bed knew what was going on outside the door.

He wanted his two devotees to fight over him because he wanted to prove to everyone that devotees who are in the mental state of parental love are greater than those who are in the mental state of servants.

Both have useless love for Krishna, but the state of mind of parental love is more closely related than the state of mind of the servants. Therefore, Lord Shiva had to surrender to mother Yashoda in this conflict.

After losing at the hands of Yashoda, Lord Shiva's mother said to Yashoda, "O Lady, you will soon call me to see your son." Mother Yashoda said, “You go. I will not call you. You can take what you want, but never ask me to see my baby again. "

Lord Shiva then departed from Yashoda's house. He reached the banks of the river Yamuna. His best devotee Shiva left the unsatisfied house and started crying and Krishna realized that no one could stop him.

Then, a wise Gopi mother named Lalita came to Yashoda and asked if anyone had left the house.

Mother Yashoda said, “Yes, a mendicant came, I wanted to give him what he wanted, but he only wanted to see my baby. He took nothing and was not satisfied. "

Then Lalit said, “A saint should never leave one’s house satisfactorily. This is the curse that haunts your child and all of us ”. Lalita then went in search of the saint, found him and brought him back home.

The crying baby Krishna was handed over to his mother Yashoda Shiva.

As soon as Lord Shiva received Krishna, he stopped crying, opened his eyes and saw Lord Shiva, his pure devotee.

Lord Shiva placed Krishna on his lap and said, “Lord of the universe, Supreme Controller, it is very difficult to know how you will act later. Can't imagine that the Lord who could not be seen by meditating for thousands of years is now acting like a cohort lady child! Only you, as the parent can know for sure. No one else will. Lord, I pay my respects to you. "

After saying this, Lord Shiva took the small feet of the Lord and touched His head, chanting the Gopala Sahasranama hymn "A thousand names of the Lord". Seeing this, mother Yashoda said, “Baba (father), look at your snakes. My baby is very young. On  hearing this, Lord Shiva realized the supremacy of his mother Yashoda Bhakti and understood why Krishna appeared as his son. If one is a true devotee of Krishna, Krishna will undoubtedly manifest to him.

it is a practice to improve RBCs in the body of a person.  Is this system useful to cure the Corona patients?

Because by doping, the volume of the blood in the body will increase and the antibodies also increase.  is the increased antibodies works against the virus.  if this system improves the antibodies in the patient’s body.  Defiantly it will work and we can cure the patients.  

By this method the amount of oxygen in the body will be increased so that the patient will have sufficient oxygen and the antibodies which are available in the doping blood will fight against the virus.  In either way the system will give patient to some relief or he may be completely cured from the aliment by the graces of god. If this system is really works mankind around the globe will be survive.

Here I would like to describe the treatment in our village people used to do about 70, 80 years ago, when there was no development of medical facilities in the villages.  This treatment is called PUTTING VAATHALU means burning the body of a patient with small needle.  If the patient body is burn with small needle he used get relief of the fever or whatever the unknown disease he suffered.  I thought it was a uncultured treatment.  But now when I enlisted I realized science behind that.  Whether I am correct or not only doctor  should say.  Because I am not a Doctor by profession.  I am a science student up to degree level.  With my little medical knowledge I try to describe the theory.

MY ANALYSIS:

If our body is burnt to a small portion immediately our immune system reacts and it produces anti bodies to cure the burning injury.  As the patient is suffering with some incurable disease whatsoever, the anti bodies generated in the body will fight with the unknown germs which are persisting in the body and which are responsible for the ailment. Which kills the unknown germs and cures the patient.

If I am correct the system defiantly cure the PANDEMIC CARONA virus.  If really this system works we can save the lives of many people. 

HOW TO TREAT HEAT TREATMENT WITH NEADLES:

I am describing the system which I heard from our parents.

1) Take a small needle like needle used to stitch cloths.  Better to see that needle should be hygienic. Heat the needle on burner or electric stove for few seconds.  When the needle heats up put the needle on the belly of the patient this is called VATHA in our language (Telugu) repeat the same thrice if you think that the patient is having severity do for four times.  The maximum VATHA should be three or four.  Leave the patient for some time.  He will suffer with the burns.  You can apply antiseptic cream or ointment on the burns. We can treat the burn injuries with ointments, let the patient relax.  After a day or two I believe the patient will be cured with virus disease.  But it may take some days to relive from the pain of the burned injuries.    I definitely believe this will work.  I pray the god to cure this PANDEMIC CORONA and save the mankind.

CONCLUSION: I request my readers that the above system may or may not work.  Just we are taking a chance.  If the treatment works we can save lives.  If not by this treatment no patient will die only he have to suffer the pain of injuries only.
