india can be divided as north and south india north indian prefer rotis made by wheat and majority of people speak hindi and other languages wich are similar to hindi
south india people prefer rice and the languages are diferent they are from the origin of dravid.all indian languages were developed from sanskrit.vedas,itihasas are in sanskrit language and transalated to various languages.

DRESSING
in early ages women used to wear sarees and men dhotis.influenced by british ruling dressings are also changes,nowmodern dresses on par with other foreigners indians also wearing various dresses yet many womens still wearing traditional sarees and blouse.
